5. Payments & Billing

RankoAds accepts payments through Square, a secure third‑party payment processor. Square allows clients to pay via:

• Credit and debit cards
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Secure payment links
• Online payment forms

5.2. Payment Terms

• All invoices must be paid according to the agreed schedule or payment plan.
• Services may be paused or terminated in case of late or missing payments.
• RankoAds does not store full credit card information; all transactions are processed securely through Square.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments are non‑refundable, except in the following cases:

• A service was not delivered
• A billing error occurred

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@rankoads.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, designs, and materials created by RankoAds remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive usage rights for the duration of the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankoAds is not liable for:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

• Square (payment processing)

We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or technical issues originating from these platforms.

• Payments are overdue
• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

Clients may terminate services with written notice according to the terms of their agreement.
